This recently completed contemporary dwelling is the result of extensive discussions with the local authority and local residents. Originally the site of a 1960's bungalow, The sloping plot benefits from outstanding views

to the north and is situated just on the fringe of the town centre.

The house is designed to maximize views across the Glyme Valley

and minimise impact on surrounding properties.

Large glazed windows are located in the main living areas which cantilever out over the hillside below. The entire dwelling is finished with an off-white render accented with zinc cladding and timber soffits. Upstairs bedrooms benefit from a large roof terrace offering panoramic views.
