'Hidden House' - Submitted for planning

BROOK HILL, WOODSTOCK

We have recently submitted a planning application for partly underground house in Woodstock. This scheme was created for a private client in order to make use of a steeply sloping plot with access at both top and bottom. Our client's aspiration is to create a two bedroom 'hidden' house below his own house that will provide separate living accommodation, and create a more accessible garden above.

An initial concept was submitted to WODC as a pre-application enquiry which resulted in a very positive response.
