Our US client Williams College runs exchange programmes with Exeter College in Oxford.

1 Moreton Road is the family residence for the project director, a two year post held by academic staff from the US. This spring the exterior of 1 Moreton Rd will receive some TLC. This will included building fabric maintenance and new hard landscaping. Last summer the house received a new kitchen and prior to that new bathrooms and floor finishes.

This will be our fifth project for Williams College at their Oxford campus. These include a complete refurbishment of student rooms at 145 Banbury Road and 2 & 4 Lathbury Road
