College staff accommodation at pre-construction stage

55 WARWICK ST, OXFORD

We recently obtained planning approval for a large extension to this modest Victorian House on behalf of our clients, Exeter College. The main objectives were to create a large kitchen/dining/family area and a downstairs WC/shower room. The resulting space has an abundance of natural light and the building design ensures minimum impact on the amenity of the adjoining properties.

A small lightwell is retained against the original building to make sure no room is without a window.

Working drawings have been completed and are currently being priced with view to entering the construction phase before the Oxford summer rush.
