London basement extension approved

PRINCES GATE MEWS, KENSINGTON

After a long battle with RBKC planning department and local residents we have now secured planning permission for a single storey basement extension in Princes Gate Mews in Kensington, London. We have been back and forth proposing procedures to mitigate

the effects that dust, noise and vibration would have in the mews as well as construction traffic management and have now reached an agreement with the local residence association

and local planning authority.

Princes Gate Mews lies within a conservation area and we, as well as our clients

are very happy to finally receive planning approval.
